Dick Eastman has acted as advocate in a number of international arbitrations and mediations. He has also acted as arbitrator, sole and as member of 3-arbitrator panel, in numerous international arbitrations, including proceedings in Japan and in the United States, and including American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (“JCAA”) and ad hoc (UNCITRAL Rules) cases.
